Friday I needed to get to Omaha for a doctors appointment and the front left was making a bad noise.I realized I was going to drive past Woodhouse and asked if Drew could take a short ride with me. Drew thought he knew what it was. I was lined up with a loaner car and off to Omaha. I communicated by text. Monday early, I had my truck back!
Jim (James) Lathrop was fantastic to work with. He made the entire sales process seamless and pressure-free, which we really appreciated. I had a great experience with Jim Lathrop and Woodhouse Ford. I purchased a used F150 Lightning remotely from Washington State, flew to Nebraska and drove the truck home. I was very nervous with this approach, but availability of the Lightning drove my decision to not buy locally (not many available).

My husband and I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes to this dealership for a new F150. The process was throughly explained and set up well. Nick and the team are great! The environment when you walk in is great. They are friendly and even when they find out you’re working with another sales rep, they still make sure you feel welcome. They obviously have a fun culture as they like to give each other a hard time. Like close teams do. The purchase was smooth and they were honest. Not pushy on anything. Allowed me to take my time (months) to decide and never rushed me.

Chase was the best and I cannot say anything negative about him, the finance team or delivery. I have bought from WoodHouse 3 times, BUT I WILL NEVER BUY A FORD AGAIN because they crap on veterans. Had to stop and charge my EV, Jim Lathrop was so helpful. Had been in the car with a 1 year old for over 2 hours and needed to charge to get to our destination. Purchased my truck from Woodhouse with extended warranty in 2020. They have performed all the service during the last five years. Had a disappointing experience with service. Received a follow up call and was told they would convey my concern, called and got vm and let a message. Texted them and sent an email.
