Ford Wins 11th Consecutive “Overall Loyalty to Make” Award
The results of IHS Markit’s 25th annual Automotive Loyalty Awards were recently released, and Ford came in at number one in the Overall Loyalty to Make category. This was Ford’s 11th year in a row winning this award, and its 20th in the last 25 years.
Over the previous year, Ford retained 63 percent of its customers, and the F-Series accounted for 39 percent of the carmaker’s loyalty.
